In the end, they actually recommended a different washer and dryer set that was less expensive than the one I had picked online — and according to them, it would clean better because of the more classic design. On top of that, their price was already $100 lower than what I found elsewhere. Even better, they were able to deliver and install everything in my home within two days for only $100. The delivery experience was outstanding, and a huge bonus was that the delivery team were actual Koons employees — not subcontractors. They also told me they would handle any warranty issues directly, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Overall, this was such a better experience than dealing with the big box stores. Koons delivered something that feels rare these days: honest, old-fashioned customer service. I’ll definitely be buying my future appliances from them.
